Don’t quite understand this pardon my ignorance so they haven’t actually verbally said they will buy back the companies shares just passed a resolution which means they might not do anything anyway?

Why hasn’t the share price risen if they said they intend to buy back shares ? Surely that is excellent news ?

This is absolutely expectional news and GMR will have not only 23m cash shortly but also their rapidly expanding business with all the recent agreement. Not only that it’s cash flow positive. This share should be trading 50/60p not 20p
