Don't forget that they are hoping to get an II to underwrite the majority of the 40 million. They are already in talks.
There was no meeting at 8.30am today.
It's always best to contact Amigo if you want to know the truth about rumours started on lse.
Nah, it's getting exciting now!
Not long now ;-)
Jimmy who?
Valueinvestor1, nice post, I totally agree with you.
It won't be long now.
They said 'majority' which does mean 20m or less for PI's to cover, who knows? It could be 5 or 10m, we'll find out soon enough.
Bye bye Guesty123.
Been invested since March 2020 and not going anywhere!
To all the serious investors on this board, take up your rights if you can afford it. In 2, 3, 4years time you won't regret it.
Out of interest, how many is a few lol ??
Wow! That's a bold statement Franky, fairplay to you and I hope you are right.
I'm thick as s at tech stuff.
Took me 4 minutes to turn the sound on!
It finished at 10.30am
Zero questions from shareholders!!!
BeastlyD, are you honestly happy with the way the former CEO and BoD have communicated with shareholders since Gary took up his position? Have you been invested since Gary became CEO? Have you read his statement about engaging with shareholders no matter how big or small they are?
I've been invested since March 2020, communication from Amigo to its shareholders has been absolutely shocking in that period and it looks like it is set to continue that way!
Danny had all weekend to write up a statement but we got nothing!
Maybe he was on the p iss all weekend celebrating?
Engagement/communication between AMGO and it shareholders is non-existent!
So why has Gary walked away now without taking the glory for getting the job done?
Is the job done?
I really don't get it? Surely he would want the glory, the comeback kid does it again.....
Has he got it across the line and this is his reward?
Will Danny announce they have been given permission to resume lending next week?
Gary is getting a £630k pay off!

I'm sure there is a lot going on that we are not aware of BSB.
Did Gary walk or was he pushed?
A rift or did the results of the shareholder vote make Gary go? He did himself no favours with his media/update/information blackout. Almost two years and he's kept us in the dark about where we are with FCA. "We continue to work closely with the FCA". That's great but where are we now? Has the trial lending phase began/finished yet? We don't know because Gary and the BoD refuse to update the shareholders.
I really hope Danny can get this done now and as you say, not churn out the same old same old.
RewardRate has enormous potential but they need to engage with the shareholders. When the RI happens they will need us, the dilution will go to a shareholder vote. Have they got II's lined up?
Could there possibly be a consolidation after the RI or a possible takeover looming?
It's all down to Danny now. I am confident in the future for RewardRate.
The CEO quits and there are only 14 posts today.
Has apathy completed taken over?
I hope Danny releases a statement on Monday.
They've been living on hope!
We hope to resume lending Q1 2021
We hope a few weeks
We hope a couple of weeks
We hope early September
I hope Danny gets this done now!
Resume lending or a takeover?
Blimey! Fancy not telling the shareholders they'd begun lending again in July.
Naughty naughty.....
Valueinvestor1, we've seen these type of people/posters come and go since March 2020. They pop up with new names and multiple accounts.
Yes, interesting read mate. Nice one.
Yes it has.
It's RewardRate time now and nobody knows where it will peak.
