Hi Iptuf93- No. Its here (from their latest presentation)--
Two licences, PEPM 13274 & PR 15130, cover 38.4km2
• Rome has acquired 51% indirect interests of both
permits on the following terms:
• Funding CAD$4M of exploration expenditures on both
permits
• Issuance of 48M Rome shares
• Agreement signed to acquire an additional 15%
indirect interest in PR15130
• Rome has an option on additional 19% (PR15130) and 21.5% (PEPM13274)

Yes Key2- Rome shareholders will get the cash they need for further drilling now, 75% of so of the combined entity on the relisting but they have the same team that found the Alphamin deposits, they have selected two areas bordering those deposits and have 51% of each now, with 85% and 72.5% possible if they get decent drill results and so PFP have done a decent job in finding what could be a world class resources in due course. I have plenty pf PFP shares and Im v happy today. Everyone needs to do their own research of course.
No problem- the latest Rome presentation (Nov 23) is here too--

Just in case anyone isnt aware, Cannaccord have estimated the step chance fundraise needed at between £9m and £15m and at the same time withdrawn their price targets for SED until after the monies have been raised! That probably explains the sharp price drop from 27p to 17p today. Lets hope for some good news and clarity next week. Have a good weekend everyone.
Hi guys- Has anyone here found some data re the likely cost of their 2 phase 3 trials? Im looking but cant find any financial estimates for these trials? This apart DEST looks to have a v bright future
Its hard to value SED until the pricing and size of the fundraising is know here. A step change sounds like a relatively high fund raise in comparison with the current mkt cap---
The Board believes that the increased scale of the commercial opportunities from the current sales pipeline, described in the Operational Update above, presents a unique opportunity to make a step-change and thereby secure substantial recurring long-term revenues over a range of high-volume product lifecycles. Consequently, the Board has concluded that the Company will need to secure additional funding in Q4 2023 for further working capital and to generate the financial resources required to fully capitalize on the potential from the anticipated additional sales contracts within its pipeline. The Company will accordingly proactively engage with stakeholders to explore financing opportunities which may include an equity raise.
Im long and holding and hoping for the best re the fundraise of course.
Same here guys- 300k more at .224 will turn into much more cash in a few years time and happy for it to delist as listing clearly does them no favours. As usual it will pay to be patient.
So IIP get $10m cash plus 33% of the merged group. It appears the debt stays in place and we have no real details of the Pristine Malwa and I cant find a mkt cap for the current listing. If anyone can help, please post here. We are promised further updates but IIP are quiet at the best of times. The mgmt say its a good deal.....

Dennis Edmonds, Chairman, commented:
"The new consideration structure better reflects the long-term potential value of the Claim while providing shareholders confidence that we can, subject to shareholder approval, complete the Disposal in the knowledge that the full funds are already in the Company's solicitors' client account. The Board are currently taking legal and tax advice to ensure any subsequent future payout in the event of a successful resolution of the BIT claim is received almost exclusively by Pathfinder shareholders who are shareholders of the Company at Completion.
The payment of £1 million is more than sufficient to meet all the Company's current obligations and will also substantially contribute to the costs of any future transaction."
At least we still have a deal, albeit back ended rather than front ended.
