Hi all- POL is mentioned in todays GCM RNS-

On 26 June 2025, the Company announced the Management had become aware that Polo Resources Ltd, a British Virgin Islands ("BVI") incorporated company, was dissolved on 5 September 2023 as the result of the resignation of its BVI agent. The Company has been informed that the officers of Polo are currently undertaking steps to restore its status as a registered company in the BVI including the appointment of a new BVI agent. This is expected to occur following, inter alia, the satisfactory completion of customary due diligence on Polo and its stakeholders by the new BVI agent, followed by a court order as required under the laws of the BVI. Notwithstanding this, there can be no certainty that Polo will be restored as a registered company in the BVI, nor as to the timing of any such restoration. As most recently announced on 31 March 2025, Polo has provided a £3.5 million loan facility to the Company of which as at 31 December 2024, £300,000 remained undrawn. In light of this, the board of directors of GCM believes that the status of the Company's indebtedness to Polo is uncertain but given the expectation that the officers of Polo will restore Polo as a registered company in the BVI, the board is currently treating the loan which, at 30 June 2025 amounted to £6,198,000 (31 December 2024: £5,923,000) including loan interest, as unaffected.

POL had a BVI listing and when their agents, Harneys resigned in 9/23, the listing ceased. HL eventually woke up and told holders unless we could give them details of their new agent, they considered the company no longer existed so they classified it as worthless. The RNS today that the officers of POL are trying to find a new BVI agent and that if this is done they will have to use the same list of shareholders. So I would suggest we follow the future GCM RNSs as the Polo website has been undated for a long time-

Yes Key2- Rome shareholders will get the cash they need for further drilling now, 75% of so of the combined entity on the relisting but they have the same team that found the Alphamin deposits, they have selected two areas bordering those deposits and have 51% of each now, with 85% and 72.5% possible if they get decent drill results and so PFP have done a decent job in finding what could be a world class resources in due course. I have plenty pf PFP shares and Im v happy today. Everyone needs to do their own research of course.

Just in case anyone isnt aware, Cannaccord have estimated the step chance fundraise needed at between £9m and £15m and at the same time withdrawn their price targets for SED until after the monies have been raised! That probably explains the sharp price drop from 27p to 17p today. Lets hope for some good news and clarity next week. Have a good weekend everyone.
