now CFO sorted to cover most of the year and company being tidied up by the new CEO March should be an int month

clear out; now new management and future and leaners happy to extend

topped up at £0.0055

In Zaza and Yellow J as comms diss now delisted would be nice just to even get something

This will rise all next week in anticipation of the extension....and beyond!!

Zaza in deep discussions and working hard re new NOMAD that’s all I know. I Understand your and others concern, please remember that the FRR Board also has a lot to lose and this timetable was not there making but Cairns.

This was the RNS put out on the 24th which I am sure you have seen....

24 DECEMBER 2018 – COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

Further to the announcement of 24 December 2018, the Company wishes to provide further clarification that Cairn Financial Advisers LLP notice to the Company of its resignation as the Company’s Nominated Adviser with immediate effect was unexpected and remains unexplained to the management.

Accordingly, the Company is working to rectify this unanticipated situation and return its shares to normal trading as soon as possible.

I am afraid that’s all I know – if you have met Zaza at one of the shareholder meetings you will know that he will be as irritated in all this as you are and has always, in my opinion, had shareholders interest at heart – after all he is one !!

i think there is a 'it is' missing from the email he send me... i think he is saying Appreciate your concern but at the rig it is facing business as usual .

I also have a further reply about delisting - he responded that he Hoped it to be resolved by then.

Got this response from Tim this morning:- Hi Appreciate your concern but at the rig facing business as usual. Discussions on going with Nomads which will take time and an update without a nomad sign off will be discounted by the market. Best to keep suspension and silence in the circumstances however anything major material will have to be released Best
