The Board is operating on low renumeration and devoting its time to executing the Company's development strategy for the benefit of all stakeholders. The team will be remunerated going forward on the success of the business.

Also my concern here is if there is no news of substance and the prosperous comes out for the funding and say we had to vote yes for funding as say its the only way for the company to move forward ; then at what price will this be after dilution .05 ???

no not a joke; here is what they said by email...

I have checked with our internal pensions team who have advised that if we receive
official confirmation that the stock has been de-listed and it meets our
criteria then you would be able to buy the stock for £1 on the trading
account in order to empty the SIPP.

just had an email from iii saying i can move my delisted SIPP shares into my trading account for £1 meaning if it relists i can have the money instead of waiting till i am 55; saying that i might be 55 by the time FRR relist lol
