Of the 2440000 shares in issue, I estimate approx. 50% of those are held by PI's given the detail in the Prospectus and RNS's. I think we have another 6 months or so until news. Regards Steve

Don't bother trading as I don't have time. Holding long term but happy to sell at the right time. I have set myself an exit point in the £'s rather than p's!! As posted previously, my suspicion is a tie up/RTO with Sovereign Mines of Africa. There is a connection with a member of our BoD with other members having significant experience in the gold area/sector. SMA (which I am also in) seem to be waiting on some kind of JV/takeover news according to the BB and appear to have been waiting for some time. The BB on SMA is worth a read as are the RNS's. Figures being quoted for assets/mines are in the region of 400million to 1 billion which would make life extremely interesting. Good Luck All Steve

Hi juan, no reason in particular other than I like the look of the people involved here and believe this could do well long term and also had a few quid going spare after a small success elsewhere. Aiming for a £15k holding here, from profit elsewhere, by April 2015 if I can, dependant on other shares performing. Two thirds of the way there now. Happy to top up around the 60p and below mark until April if possible then in the ISA they go for a few years. Regards Steve

I am glad this is the case, shows consistency and a professional approach as far as I am concerned. Hoping to build a substantial (for me) holding before the target is announced but that's dependant on other shares performing! Steve

Pranchalee, what timescales do you believe we are looking at? I am more interested in buying than selling at the moment using profits from other shares whenever possible. Intending to stick these away in 3 junior isa's when I have reached my target holding - they will stay in the drawer for a good while yet! Regards Steve

I suspect our Nathan Anthony Steinberg is the same Nathan Anthony Steinberg who owns a chunk of shares in SMA. According to posters on the SMA BB "estimates are £400 million min to £1.2 billion" of gold has been identified and they are waiting on an announcement regarding investment/JV/partnership. I would say this would fit the 'significant deal' label mentioned in the IPO RNS. As we know from posts on this BB, Richard has a liking for gold. Could this be linked to our 'target acquisition'. If it is it's potentially very big numbers. I may be adding 2+2 to get 5 here but it seems to make sense to me. Would appreciate others thoughts. Holding just short of £10k here and looking to add at these levels when funds allow. Trying to build a nest egg for children and therefore more than happy to go long. Regards Steve

Closer to news. Hopefully that news when it comes will be good for all involved. What are people's experiences in terms of sp rises in shells such as this when news breaks?

Thanks tozzer. Nice to get in at the beginning and see how things unfold. Also in OCT, REM, LGO and DOR and learning there too....much to research which I enjoy when I have time. Was in SOLO but bailed out when at 100% profit (personal policy at the mo). SOLO has paid for AUCT. Small baby steps...GLA Hopefully we will have some good news soon.

I thought about selling but held instead. Looking to top up a few times at anything under 60p until news breaks. I am new to this share lark but it didn't half shift this morning - nice to watch and a nice learning curve. Wouldn't mind building up a bit of a holding if I can before the news hits.
