I'm loving this, patience is being rewarded. A few more days of turmoil and ppl will be able to buy in below the last placement price especially with a little more help from Truss and Kwasi :)
Happy - No matter what is said on here or who says it hidden behind some made up name, the sp does its own thing regardless of whether ppl pump it to high heaven or have a different view. Chris can say what he wants as can Max and various others would I invest based on either of their thoughts. Hmmmm no chance, Chris actually posted some interesting stuff recently on ore price predictions did it change my view..... no, in the same way that some keep saying RNS Thursday...... as if us keyboard warriors are told in advance that a big rns is about to drop. Keep it real ppl, our time will come. Big news on Monday :-) lol
Getrichslowly totally agree patience is always rewarded, I sold a load here the other week on the little spike made a tidy few quid but I'm not rushing to buy back until all these new shares come out. Sill got my LTH but it's nice to play a trade into half decent news which I intend to do a few more times yet before lumping the lot into one larger LTH.
Anyway we will see how it pans out soon enough but as for today........ that big buyer must be back again by the look of it :)
Be over 5 billion shares in circulation next year, so at 2.7p that puts some market value to the business if it ever gets close to fair value. And some ppl are holding out for double digits, 10p a share a half billion pound business?
DRB83 I'd like to think . 85 would be the bottom but it's going to have to move some to get close to there. I don't think they would have a problem getting it away if it's to close the AA deal and their will be plenty out there laughing at those who bought in on the last placement if it's lower than. 85
TP and WHI would also look like a bunch of fools to their own clients they sold the last lot of shares to, which is never good. Fingers crossed if it is needed the sp is much higher than it is at the moment because you can bet the house that if a raise is done below the current sp we're in for a hell of a drop
I've no idea what is going on with the silver price it's getting to the point where unless you can just pick it up from the ground nobody is going to be able to afford to mine it.
Is this one of the reasons why they've gone quiet on EH. They've spent a few quid already on that place this year, has it been mothballed, is it unprofitable to go full on at todays silver price or is it simply now an inconvenience whilst the focus is on iron. If and it's still an if, the deal with AA doesn't come good, it would be helpful to know where we are with the silver, an update would be very welcome, not a tweet but an rns please.
No doubt it will go up but given the price today and the number of ppl who are currently down it would not take a massive offer to take out Alien. Based upon the current sp any half decent size miner could take down at a bargain basement price if enough shareholders sold up and anything around that 2.7p would look juicy for some people.
Great news but this is not over the line yet keep feet firmly on the ground. Some have already been caught out by jumping back in first thing this morning. Enjoy the ride because we still got a long way to go yet but at least we're heading in the right direction now.
I think ppl could argue all day over who's come out with the better deal but I guess from our own perspective I'd rather we don't dump it and give them 50% of any uplift in value. We should stick to mining it ourselves with contractors same as several others do.
I thought we were going to be mining in 2023
"In the event a decision to mine is made: 50% of the project valuation uplift attributable to the Projects."
It may be early days so is the rns saying that once we get a new JORC valuation that no doubt will increase the valuation of the projects is Windfield in line for an additional 50% of that increased valuation?
Cracking deal.
2. Alien will free-carry Windfield's remaining 10% shareholding in the Projects until completion of a Bankable Feasibility Study on either the Brockman or Han**** Ranges projects.
3. The Option Agreement is subject to various standard conditions precedent and contains standard warranties on both Alien and Windfield.
4. If, within 60 months of executing the Option Agreement, Alien disposes of its interest in the Projects, the Company will pay Windfield a performance payment in addition to the Upfront Consideration (Performance Payment).
5. The Performance Payment is calculated by:
a. In the event of a Tenement Sale: 50% of the value uplift attributable to the Projects;
b. In the event of an IPO/Spin-out event on a recognised stock exchange: 50% of the value uplift attributable to the Projects; or
c. In the event a decision to mine is made: 50% of the project valuation uplift attributable to the Projects.
In each case, the uplift payments are reduced by 50% of the incurred project expenditure.
So as we might be getting 90% does that mean we're paying 90% of the cost of getting it out of the ground, or are we paying 100% and giving 10% to this other crew for nowt or will we be getting 10% of the costs from them?
That UFO tweet is old news published last week. It really shows desperate times if they have to resort to tweeting old news. Anybody who is seriously into mining in oz would have already read that. If this is the best they can do on the news front they are in serious trouble. Social media is about the here and now not last week's news.
Oi Nap don't spoil the fun. I forgot about the rules of directors buying in and the time periods for when earth shattering news drops. Silly me. I bet he's waiting for it to get into the 4's, another couple of weeks of silence and we won't be far away.
