Game stop is a very poor example of "The dangers of constantly looking". Game stop has a habit of spiking up for very brief periods and then falling again. If you were not constantly looking you would never make any money in that share.

Well the 86 support didn't last long. Seems to be the story of this share Support levels get blown away and resistance levels are like concrete.

It's a closed period so directors cannot buy. You need to see what they do after results.

The positive is that SO FAR, 86 seems to be acting as a support. But let's see how long that lasts.

As I have mentioned before the 90p area is a really strong resistance area. Eve when we get above it we get dragged back under within a few days. Even the chairman news hasn't moved the SP beyond 90p.

It's going take something big to move us beyond that area.

I think most of us are disappointed today. We waited months for an announcement and we finally get one and the share goes down again.

Yes there maybe more to come but it's starting to look more and more likely it will take something big to move sentiment. Main market listing possibly.

But so far the only thing that really moved the price has been talking of PE involvement that seems to have disappeared.

Thing is when does the market realise this? At the moment every announcement the company makes it being met with a share price drop. This cannot carry on for a lot longer, as Libreum suggest.

That's the key I think. Listing on main market. That will move the SP more than a new none executive chairman will.

Oh and it's back around 90 again.

For want to being called de-ramper again, 90 is a key level.

I am thinking the same. Quite often a resistance can turn into a support level once resistance is breached. But a bit more evidence is needed before a firm conclusion can be drawn.

Just one final point from me.

One of the big psychological errors investors can make is "Confirmation bias" Never be afraid to look at all sides of an investment. If all you do is focus on the plus points and discount any evidence that maybe shakes your firmly held convictions, it can lead to a lot of expensive mistakes.

I have fallen into this myself at times.

Having money on the line can make people see things that are not there.

I admit I am more of a short term holder. But on THG i am in longer term as my average is 185 on one of my accounts.

I am also currently in Boohoo and will look at cash out when it hits 120, or at least put a tight stop loss just under that.

I am trying to make money like everyone else on this forum.

But if it makes you feel better SP I shall post on the Boohoo forum. I was sticking to THG one because it has more knowledgeable posts with less derampers . Little did I know I was one of them ??

This can be a problem with people who are heavily invested. I am in this share in two different accounts. One at 185. The other average at 105.

Don't let your enthusiasm for a share cloud your judgement and let it lead you to wrong conclusions.
