This is the "MO" from these people. Try to connect you with the obvious shorting candidates. One we call "King Ramp" started all this crap off a few years ago. Noticed he isn't signing in on his old nick. Which makes me wonder if this is who this is right now.

Just keep in mind the posters you are deriding have been in the share a lot longer than you and have stayed loyal. We may not be all "Uber bulls, like some but we stayed in when we could, and probably should, have sold out.

Just remember it's a message board. What ANYONE says in here has no effect on the share price. Anyone who sells, or buys shares based on what's said on here is an idiot.

Some people seem to not understand the principle of a message board. They start clutching at their pearls when anyone isn't a blinded super bull and for some reason envisage them as being some evil boiler room short seller. Get a grip. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. Not just the pompom waving Mouldy lovers.

Just out of interest Mr Believer, when did you buy shares in THG? Says you have only been a member since Feb. You are not pulling. Canary are you are and ramping the share up just because you bought at a low average and are now ragging on LTH who had had their money in for a long period and are rightly frustrated with the antics of Mr Moulding and want to see a return on their investments.

Well that's what needs to happen Mr Believer. One of the big holders needs to break rank and put the pressure on. He is currently in the comfort zone. Kelso were bullied into silence. The chairman is mute and seems just happy to pick his salary up. Someone needs to step up.

It's pretty obvious what's going on. It's a public company being run like a private one. The man in charge just doesn't care about creating shareholder value. He only cares about his own position (Buying shares in Kelsi to silence any criticism, buying City AM to produce alternative facts)

We need a Nelson Peltz type to come in and start agitating for change.

This is the problem that some of us have being pointing out for a long time now. Moulding doesn't run the company like a public company. He runs it like it is still private and he can do what he likes. No one stop him. The chairman is mute. He surrounds himself with "Yes men".

And we still are awaiting for any news that will actually move the share price.

I was just going to post about this. Isn't this another big dilution?

There will be a lot more eyes on Moulding if he makes the move. How will he deal with this? He has a very thin skin.

Not to mention the attention that will be put in the well flagged up governance issues.

Those hoping for a boost IF he goes stateside might be very disappointed in the results.

Let's say it happens......do short sellers not exist in the US? How will Mouldy deal with giving earnings every quarter? How will he deal with the financial press over in the US? He won't be able to buy a financial newspaper over there and spin his version of events. What about if a US fund agitates for change at THG? Will attempt to buy shares in an attempt to shut them up?
