Esp price stronger, probably investors heading for safety and i suppose the dividend starting in January will help.

Giving a dividend is admitting that you can't find a decent investment as a company to create even more money. Yes maybe at some point in the future it will be good, but for now i would prefer more investments for bigger future profits.
Once the royalty or money rolls in this is what will underpin the share price, unfortunately the stock market doesn't price this in till very close to it happening.

Also companies like igg make more money when volatility goes up, so if the markets have a meltdown you can be assured we are doing ok here at igg.

I thought it was common practice to buy in the market if the shares were cheaper in the market, as you have explained Foz they save giving znwd shares out for every one share they buy in the market.
So it's probably worthwhile.
That's why after the offer is RNS'd the share price quickly goes up to offer price as they buy in the market.
Once compulsory purchase % is met they have to buy the rest anyway.
