This company couldn’t be any more incompetent - it manages to find a way.
And hand back his £500k on his way out of the door. Scandalous..
Dropped back down again - although I’ll still take a 5% rise any day of the week. Can’t find any news - strange. Fingers crossed that something is brewing - let’s hope so!
Talk about cutting it fine …
"you were asking for it" - really? Who's crystal ball were you looking in to and why take the moral high-ground purely now with the benefit of hindsight. A lot of people of gained handsomely from this and others will have lost - nature of AIM, but the number of people on here sticking the knife in is ridiculous and unnecessary.

Can’t blame some people for getting out - everyone has their exit strategy or a point where their head gets the better over heart. I’m at the point now - made a nice profit so far (average .9p) but struggling with the moral dilemma of taking a profit and running (a couple of nice weekends away with the family from the proceeds) or waiting for the gold rush and making a really good amount (and risk losing it all). Toss a coin and strap yourself in .. hope it pays off for anyone going ‘all in’ and waiting for black gold! GLA!
Have there been any similar stories of AIM oil exploration companies who found oil in terms of their before / after share price ? Just wondering if there’s a reasonable upside expectation that, IF 88E did strike it lucky, we could ‘reasonably’ expect the share prize to rise to? Are there previous examples / benchmarks that could tell us what could happen?
Exactly. And like the TV Ad's say, "when the fun stops, stop .. gamble responsibly etc". Happy to lose the lot in the hope (probably rather than expectation) of making a lot - that's the gamble of AIM ! It would be a very strange comment for DW to have made yesterday if he had any concerns about coming up with no goods - so I'm cautiously optimistic that we may have different fortunes this time. In for a penny and all that ..
Don't understand the doom merchants on here. SP has gone from .5p to 1.5p in the space of 2 weeks and the minute it drops just a fraction, people pile in enjoying the notion that the SP might be about to crash. No doubt those same people will be those anonymous keyboard warriors elsewhere on social media who stand and admire car crashes and generally live sad lives. I'm just enjoying the prospect of what 'might' be, rather than worrying about what 'might not'. I wish everyone success and lots of oil in the next few weeks.
