As shareholders can see, it has been a very busy few months for the Company. We are getting ever closer to the completion of our first large scale production project; have a strong funding partner in place for the next four projects in Santander; we continue to explore smaller scale, off-grid, higher margin, generation projects; have successfully integrated our first acquisition in Beco and our engineering business is re-establishing itself in its market place. Our challenge now is not in the sourcing of projects but in their execution (in which we believe we have the track record and are demonstrating that once more at Raki/Huajache) and, critically, in structuring the required financing. Rame must explore traditional and innovative financing structures to support its project roll out opportunities as well as continue to recycle cash and drive down its capital cost. As demonstrated by the milestones met to date, we believe we are getting ever closer to our goal of becoming a multi-disciplined company with multiple revenue streams seeking to supply stable, commercially attractive energy directly to major industrial corporations both on and off grid by combining the optimal generating technology and plant design with efficient financing and the proven ability to execute.

Too true mate.. As KaChing pointed out on the wsg bb the other day, we spend far too much time analysing trades, and worrying about them... Always going to be sellers, as there is always going to be buyers.. I mean look on ser, people are still buying that ! Ha ha

And maybe it was childish / wrong of me to filter and I only did after seeing the twitter stuff, which made it all seem a bit personal and silly.. Just my opinion, and for me the "fun" is fast leaving these bb's, and I will be cutting back drastically in 2015, and concentrating on my bread and butter (My actual job).. I now only have two main holdings, here and WSG, and happy with both to see where 2015 takes them, and not now having to worry about daily fluctuations and every trade.. I will then just trade a little bit in my sipp when opportunites present themselves, and once RAME and WSG get to where I want them to be (Hopefully), I will be out of the aim for good.

I'll be honest I actually filtered him in the end a week or so back, so not seen the posts for a while.. I only see me and you talking to eachother ! ha ha... I saw his posts to Elias Jones on twitter which is what made me filter him, as he'd set up a twitter account just to post stuff it seems to Elias, and also one to Tom Winnifrith saying this was being ramped by the usual suspects, but again there is only me and you on here ! Ha ha.. So that confirmed to me he must have some sort of agenda (no idea what though), so I binned him.. Before that he seemed an ok guy, but just found it strange he'd chosen rame to get his "point" across when there are loads of others bb's he could also be doing the same on with far more people on it, but he wasn't... Anyway, not that it really matters, whatever the situation here is we know news is close on a few fronts so lets see what it holds.. I am happy to be in before the news, so lets see if that's the right or wrong decision. We've got / had a seller, who must be "distressed" you would think, as no one has bought at these levels, so selling now I it big losses.. Lets see if there is more to come, or that is it. I am tempted to add some more if it looks like they've gone now.

Funding for current 15MW in not related, this will be supplying energy and revenue very soon.  The £1,050,000m raised was the funding for the next 4 118MW wind projects (all to be completed and online by end 2015) and funding linked to those next 4 projects and not from the working capital, in the first half they had the IPO, acquisition and capital costs which they settled in the first half current assets. They have current assets at 2.1m, current liabilities 1.8m (they also have US3.2m investments in associates on their balance sheet). Now poised for growth from Chile, Pakistan (MOU) and the UK through wind and solar energy especially now following the acquisition of established UK solar company Beco Solar in June.  Second half ‘we are expecting growth from each of the 3 divisions’ (Chairman) Once the Reki project is supplying energy online on the frist 15MW project and then onto the next 4 projects for completion totalling 118MW in 2015 with £1.05m funding secured to accelerate DD under the Santander framework.

Programme on Chile, and wind farms, certainly the place to be, and we are in a great position out there.

Well there is a sell there, but after the event. Hey ho, I wont ever get to grips with the mechanics.. News must be close though now on the first two generating projects..
