To be honest (Especially Spain), the agents / sites hike the prices right up.. You are much better going on a little visiting trip and contact owners direct. I can highly recommend the resort in Northern Cyprus where I am though.

Cyprus is far superior for beaches, but Spain is the better place to live ! IMO
