Peter, if I may, why are you so against change ? We have seen shareholder value wiped out from 7p (my first ever buy) to where we are now. The company has some amazing things to offer, and im sure the people on the ground are top drawer, but people at the top are incompetent as far as looking after shareholders interests go, and that has been proven with this placing. Can things actually be any worse for long term supportive shareholders ? Sometimes change is needed or you end up like WSG etc. Do I think Mike etc know how this business works ? No I don't, hence they need management onboard, but do I think they know how AIM companies should be run to bring shareholder value ? Yes I most certainly do.. Lets see what unfolds, I have personally written off this investment a long time ago, so certainly perked my interest up again !

What a lovely man Phil was, genuinely one of the nicest people I ever met, a true golden soul, and deserved so much more then he got from Fowler !!!

I would take it as a massive positive that possibly the Folwers are coming to an end.. We all know Peter is the master story teller and kept lots believing including myself, but once he is gone the rest of the Fowlers are wet flannels and chocolate teapots, so wouldnt mind guessing this is an exit plan for the entire family and all their "mates"

Just having a read of the latest events, and firstly nice to see some positive news and a contract, again in an uncertain area/country, but to be fair thats the market WSG are and have always been in, they are never going to win security contracts like these in more stable areas.. Another positive is not a bucket shop placing, but playing devils advocate, I would have to agree with Misty that looks like there will be a T/O here, just hope its not private as being eluded to..

Yeah fair play, just to me didnt seem like good business sense to trust the person I am investing in, and luckily that worked out for me.. (Just). Problem is the people under him are even worse.. Ie the family.. Not so much as a liars, but wet blankets, that couldnt run a pi55 up in a brewery.. Always loved the business model here, which is why I originally invested, but if you cant trust the people in charge its univestable in my opinion. Two big experienced holders have just said they dont trust the guy running the company or called for him to resign, if thats not a red flag I dont know what is... But honestly really do hope the ducks are in formation, as still got friends and family holding here !!

Ian, genuinely interested, if you questioned PF back then, and was struck off, wasnt that a big red flag for you ? Why trust him now ?
