Glittertip... they're Dream Chaser! Love a comment by successful investor: only one or two share made my money and that was by sticking with them even after a 50% fall! Lesson to be learnt for Rainbow followers - smiley emjo

Hi Laz - a pretty good summary (thumbs up). The only problem ECR will have is finding a partner who is willing and able to progress at the speed of Newcrest... Here's hoping! Otherwise I may be in my long box before those kind of figures are reached.

Hi all - this was my question:
Will shareholders be able to participate in and benefit from spin-out activities?
Many thanks for your recent question regarding IPO’s. We received many questions relating to this and other topics which our CEO Paul Johnson responded to after the recent AGM. A summary of the Q&A can be found here: https://www.powermetalresources.com/Uploads/8963-210331_POW_-_Shareholder_AGM_Q&A.pdf
PJ's response:
Successful spin-outs by definition benefit shareholders by building the financial strength of the
company as its working capital grows. We have also stated our intention to consider shareholder
distributions of cash or our shareholdings in other companies in the future. We are doing the
accounting, legal and technical work now to position the Company so it can distribute when
appropriate.
We have noted the wide interest from shareholders to participate in spin-outs and are factoring that
in to our assessment of each transaction.

Paddy - the labels are a brilliant addition to your update - especially for guys like me who can't differentiate the ar** from their elbow... lol. I hope you have the best possible Easter under the circumstances.

Very insightful Gerry - I'll add a big positive... as NC are going hell-to-leather toward/for production our period/time at this point: the bottom of the cycle - should be much much shorter! Yippee!

Hi all - after last nights great show it would be good to buy the guys a coffee - this goes to the running costs of GGP Help. Simply log-on at ggphelp.co.uk - click the coffee icon bottom right and simply buy and pay for a coffee ie contribution... starts at £3 and after last nights results I think we can all afford that! Great show guys - many thanks for your time and effort.

In Magic's excellent video he shows the Lassonde 'famous' Curve - something every investor in mining shares should be aware of... if you aren't please look at it now:

First off - Magic correctly says that best to view Havieron and Scallywag as 'separate' projects - quite rightly and if new investors looked at Scallywag as 'an add-on' and NOT 'as part of' the current GGP share price then this dip won't have happened. BUT worse than that, they looked at Scallywag being in the 'Speculation' curve on the Lassonde Curve - see video - whereas Magic puts it well before the 'Speculation' curve.
Interesting also from LTH view point Magic position Havieron at 6 months into the 2 year climb to full value.
Excellent insight for all investors - brill job Magic - many thanks for taking the time to do such an great presentation.
