Bigsqueeze, I sold two thirds of my holding here in the 170s but I still had a decent chunk left in. I’ve learned my lesson today. No matter how good a company looks, don’t put too much money into one stock. Over the weekend i read the Xlm staff reviews on a site called Glassdoor, they wern’t good but I put it down to possible disgruntled employees. Worth a read if you get time. Stick or twist? It sure does. I’ve got a big holding (for me) here so every penny it drops makes a big difference. Sentiment seemed to change around 1pm when a decent volume of buys appeared and carried on all afternoon. Curious to know why, aybe the big seller has finished now or maybe a bit of news in the offing ?

It’s unsettling me. Been in here a while but i’m thinking of just getting shut now. Maybe everything’s fine but I don’t like a big seller when we’re already well down from our high, you’d expect people to be loading up. I don’t like the utter silence from the board either. Ory obviously keeps an eye on the share price as he normally jumps in and buys a few when we’re dropping. God knows the people who bought at the placing must be chewing his ear off.

I’m taking it as a possible good sign that Ory hasn’t topped up for 6 weeks. He’s bought on a few drops that didn’t go as low as this and the buyers at the fundraising must be peed off. I’m hoping it’s a sign news may be due. Or maybe Ory’s skint :)

It’s difficult to fathom out because, as you say, news from the company isn’t exactly regular. I think we’re due a trading update in 12 weeks time so maybe we’ll hear something then. I notice Ory hasn’t bought this week and as you are aware, he normally does on a drop. Perhaps news is in the offing? I hope so. I like Xlm and it’s 20% of my portfolio. I just wish they would increase the new flow to keep interest here. As far as I can remember our last purchase was whichbingo.co.uk. which was a tiny purchase. Looking at the previous owners Facebook page and the company returns, the price was probably well under a million quid. On a positive note, it looks like we’re moving slowly back up

Great 1st post Oilstone. I totally agree. I also think Ory raised the money just because the share price was high. What is it, 4 months later and no news? Raising that money and doing nothing with it stopped Xlm dead in its tracks. A slow decline ever since and it’s hard to take too be honest. Hopefully if Ory doesn’t buy again (so there’s no closed period), it’ll mean we get some news soon. Gla

Hi, no reply from Mr Sahney regarding the email I sent him last Thursday re clarification of December’s rns - ‘The proceeds from the initial bond offering are expected to be �15 million, settling in Q1 of 2018 pending finalisation of the offering memorandum. Alpha Growth is entitled to receive an annual management fee on the committed capital and has the right to receive additional fees related to the performance of the Client's SLS portfolio’. So was the offering memorandum finalised? The rns was dated 21 December 2017. Would be nice to get some clarification.

Gan up over 50% today. Web flew this week, both on the U.S. decision. Well, it’s 29 days since the last director purchase so the closed period ends this week. Would be great to get an rns regarding a U.S. acquisition. AGM next week too. Back to reality. Really happy with this weeks performance so far.
