there's been an awful lot of 'will it or won't it' rise tomorrow type posts - and that's just from the slightly sane people that i can read.

the answer to this question is 'who knows?'

the question should be - 'are our assets, 100% of havieron, telfer, jv's and around 4,500 sq km of prime exploration ground worth more than our new market cap?

the banks clearly think so; twiggy clearly thinks so; institutional investors clearly think so - the board, the diggers, callum baxter and even little old me.

if you don't think so then sell and stop littering the board.

the rest of us, the silent majority, will happily sit and wait.

so many catalyst to come that i can't be ****d to list them all - i would refer you to bamps, dip and paddy + a few others if you have any doubts.

I bought into this company because of an anonymous poster on a message board.

I didn't do any research myself and thought that if someone said it would go up then it would.

Then you wrote some stuff about drill and grades and stuff and it sounded really impressive so I bought another £50 quid's worth.

I really don't understand why I'm currently £13.84 down when I could have had a Domino's pizza with a side instead of all this stress.

It's all your fault.

Someone on another board said that they were going to do really well so I'm going to have a go at that instead. They make fertiliser or something so that's gotta be good right? I mean, people need growbags and stuff like that for tomatoes.

The whole trading thing - MM's doing this, doing that. More buys than sells; corrupt b s tards; keeping a lid on the price, blah blah.

It's all nonsense really isn't it? When you invest in a company it's with the expectation that you might have got it right. Everything else, outside of official announcements, is just noise.

If you've done your research and you're a believer then you become immune to all this nonsense and no sudden price drop or comments from aerosols should make you change your mind - ever.

I remember you bailed on the way up maybe 3 years ago and were somewhat annoyed that it kept going higher. Hindsight says you did the right thing at that time.

Bail when you get twitchy, not when some anonymous person on a message board tells you too.

I suspect it's going to be a good week or two.

I'm sure I speak on behalf of many in the Greatland Gold community; people that have been invested for 10 years, 5 years, 1 year or less; people who know the company inside out; people who analyse data and share it without any interest in personal gain; people who study satellite imagery and share it, just because they can; people who have contacts and freely share information - basically, decent people who want to see success for all.

And then there are leeches, like yourself, who add nothing - absolutely nothing, other than 'I've drawn a bloody line and am desperately hoping to make a quid from my 'research.'

there is a strong possibility (flagged up at town hall and all lth's will be aware), that the deal will complete in the short term and there is a strong possibility that when that happens, there will be a spike in the share price.

the mystic megs know this and will pretend to be the wavy line equivalent of einstein when it happens. i didn't see too many comments from these soothsayers over the last 3 years.

Most of the people in 'green' are artificially intelligent.

There were no chartists rocking up at 36p predicting a 4.8p placing - they never (or very rarely) turn up unless there's an uptrend, which every half clued in investor can see anyway.
