Totally agree with your statement re numbers reported etc ! As l posted yesterday that if any change it would have been reported ! Agree .
So the big question is besides Bod taking a wage for a limited number of days a year and therefore being a good reason for being BOD , the structure therefore for investors is at the moment and the last few years limited to what ? That baffles me as being a LTH l would have at least felt that l should have an exit plan by now ! If it was my pension l would be on the park bench by now !
So without being defensive do you have a reason to stay and invest my limited funds and losses .
Not forgetting l am a share holder with concerns that affect my investment so l do have a say on facts .

This as l have said recently needs to get a prospective to where were are heading ! That needs news and updates of production which if was changing for the better we would have RNS so l as investors presume is nothing changed !!
The question is what will move this ?
How can BOD get reassurance to investors ?
And most important question to BOD ! What is in it for the LTH or even new investors at this point !?
I’m just holding now but would love to have the confidence that if l put 10 grand in l would get 10 grand next month , but no sign of that on the charts .

Ok ! Share price is now, as l said 2 wks ago at the level of 006s so choice is sell or hold or average down again ??? the question l ask myself is
1. Are we going Bust ! In my opinion No !
2 Are we going to grow long term with current dilution ! No unless we consolidate as l was in agreement with but it was pulled .
3 Would I invest more ! Yes at 0.006 or lower so checking day by day , as this is now in my opinion a trading share not a long term investment at least till we reduce number of confetti , or pull a great RNS which blows price out of the water ( doubt that ) in my opinion
4 . What l want now from BOD , is take advantage of a situation that we are in the middle of ! Rising commodity prices and financially get us back on track , maybe share buy backs as we are lower than placing price by 25% this seems contradictory
but it would boost confidence that we can produce profit and tax benefits I presume .
Or just turn a gravy train company into a driving machine into share holders minds as that is where the real money is in my opinion .
Sometimes facing the truth of an investment means improving your chances of survival in my opinion .

Oil at touching $114 accepted this is not what we receive so to be conservative at what price do they believe this will of significance to the bottom line to merit a RNS !

You mention admin address ? Do you mean info address as on web site as l sent a copy to j Barr and one to info @ so that’s as much as l can do and he must be getting mail as it’s has never been pinged back even in the past !
Saying he has never received my mail is very strange as he knows who l am .

Ok for the last time l will against better judgement give them the benefit of my doubt ! But this BOD have to either start or at least attempt to reply to shareholders requests l will email John today and if no reply l will post the fact .
I hold here and will take every trading tool to retrace funds lost but this is not the way l envisaged and not feeling comfortable with this .
Fordfarliane the shareholders comments are a reflection of holdings and input and as important as institutions .
Last time mentioning meeting last time , a simple apology Email would have been respectful as they were by there laptops forming a RNS message just have no respect .

Strange comment ! I would never put a suggestion to LIE !
I would suggest a email / text or whatever to contact someone who enquired on there attendance !
Unless that person / shareholder is other than important , respect goes round when given and l have always given respect to BOD of a company l invest in , as they are the most important part of a company , as also are shareholders .

Got over it as you suggest but just to clarify a point of which l at the time explained .
I work for a living and taking a day off for an important long awaited presentation on a company l invest my savings in gas cost me to attend in loss of earnings , l had emailed and was looking forward to presentation etc . The RNS came after l was in the presentation and even the presenters were unaware of reason why on the day ! So May not be important to you but contact is to me !
So try to accept when a share holder has a view

Absolutely ! Guaranteed l will be there and would be great opportunity if a group could get it together to attend !
Depending on them turning up this time as last time l attended and was told it was only this company that failed to turn up (with no notice to shareholders) and they knew l was attending .
