are not your fly by night board members. The Markman case is a potential bonus in the background, but that is not why I am in here. I like the IP they have, projects they are working on and that every RNS reported is factual and never hyped as the next big thing. Reminds me of my grandmother, sadly gone but installed in me 'less is more'. This is without doubt a company I am invested in that gives me confidence we are in wise hands and not a rampers platform, too many well grounded posters on here that put them in their place. I been here since AOGL and was excited about the whole Helium prospects here. Not selling, just going to let this ride. The graph seems to always consolidate with a rise. That's a big tick in the box for me. GLA

In all honesty the rise had to happen as I sold a chunk of mine last week, about a tenth, to reinvest in somewhere for a short term gain. When will I ever learn. Lol.

I am just saying that some 'types' believe a 'rapid visual detection kit' aka nanotech injected individuals who can be screened with maybe a UV light. I find them very frustrating but given the last year share dealing platforms have seen a noteable rise in new share speculators who can easily be lead by quick hyperbole of tag team rampers. But I'm happy with the MC irrespective of the case. IMO that's a bonus and the board seem quite calm and collected re said case. Given we have a law firm undertaking this case against Samsung on a no win no fee basis is positive.
But I would once again like to draw investors attention to the RNS dated 25th November 2020. I really believe given the government discussions re opening spectator activities and the will they/wont they bring in passports for said events into our lives. The issue is that if you are vaccinated you get in (despite the vaccination clause stipulating the vaccines do not stop transmission), or you provide a negative test to allow admittance. Given the tests that are out there they do take time for a result. So if half a stadium of say 50k occupancy are allowed in thus 25k. But apparently a vaccine allows you in without a test (despite not stopping transmission, still head scratching on that one). So assume half vaccinated half are not. So 25k tests needed. Imagine the logistics to support that. Test time for results!People turning up at 1am for a 3pm kick off.
So back to the RNS re the Innovate UK grant ( appreciate ongoing), so the extract I find intriguing..

I draw your attention to the word 'rapid'.

Paul I'm all in here and like this company. I'm particularly intrigued by the Innovative grant. But would his purchase be a conflict of interest or is he devoid of the case and thus a well known judge in Texas who can read the case independently and say ' this sure looks fine and dandy. I'm backing Nanoco!'. I've seen shares react very quickly to 'ramping' by the tag teams. I'm not into that. But I was waiting for a nudge to the sp given the dates at some point and the fact the lawyers are on a no win no fee basis makes me feel a little bit MORE optimistic. Maybe its happening. I'm dealing with a litigation lawyer at the moment re a well known businessman, he thinks he walks on water, but I've done my dd and feel confident she will win my case unless they find a clause with unicorns or something akin. She is good. Expensive but very good. I cant think of a law firm that would give their services for free if a case wasnt winnable. It would bankrupt them against Samsung. Regarding the RNS of appointing a joint broker anyone else concur that is normally in anticipation of a large transaction? From what I see there is money in the bank so would be surprised if a primary bid was in the stalls, so any opinions much appreciated. Steadydanny

I'm wondering if some early success has come with the development of the instant visual covid test. I appreciate it's just 4 months in but just chipping in my thought. I've always liked this company. Some very mature and clever individuals running nanoco.
