Too little too late is correct. they could have easily moved to premium listing when share was over 100p and consolidated it. its so clear moulding has zero regard for PI, and maybe no one else his clique

What i would say is, based on the share performance, and the minimal interest in market buyers, there is a lot wrong with how thg is being run, and how it is perceived to be run. the drop from christmas, with no support at any level, shows this. even today, it has now fallen more than 3%

Think he is too well 'invested in it'. freeholder owner/ 15+ owner of shares (plus more unallocated). was chairman. did have golden share etc. no idea why they havent forced a separation, unless they have but kept it internal (hence the statement in Q4 update, clearly confirming strategy is to list all divisons on separate capital platforms)

Its a good question on balderton and sofina (no idea), but most others have. blackrock sold from 10% to 1% today, jupiter sold out, t rowe from 4% to 1ish%, softbank in full
