The banks who assuming have provided for liability have received some 2 to 3 billion in tax relief . Provisions only so large cash gain at this stage.

If all falls apart and individual claims only can keep provisions and cash for a long time.

The banks agreed a deal. Subject to conditions.

Pending court case may eventually lead to banks having no liability and releasing provisions.

£10 a share now reasonable. Must be a takeover target at current valuation.

A good profitable bank. Very cheap still ! Dividend ! Takeover target!

It appears a deal has been done with the FCA .

This is cheap . Turnaround working. Now financially on a good footing.

Wood Group is a world class business successfully being turned around in my opinion.

I do not see a deal with Sidara going ahead.

Institutions own the business. I think and hope they will turn down the offer. Sidara may offer substantially higher .

This will hopefully not be taken over. Turnaround in place. Great potential.

I reiterate I would like to see forecasts . If order book now obtained on better margin !

Well done BoD. I posted the below about a month ago.

Their strategy all along I believe has been to retain shareholder ownership and for the company to recover.

I look forward to seeing reasonable forecasts and have little interest in the audited accounts.

Wood Group I hope will not be sold and recover following current strategy now with a sound respected FD.

Time will tell.
