Everything now in place ready to enter the market .

1. Volex, for mass manufacturing scale up.

2. ICL, for Ammonia supply & access to their company base.

3. Speedyhire, for mass distribution to Tier 1 customers in the UK & Ireland.

4. Tamgo, for distribution to customers in Saudi Arabia & 16 other countries in the MENA region ( Middle East and North Africa ).

5. Relevant procedures to enter the US market now being followed.

6. European procedures followed to enter that market.

7. Hy5 crackers already proven & following initial building & certification procedures.

8. LC30 30kw fuelcells now in production & ready for certification procedures.

9 . Larger version 3 crackers producing 4000kg per day being designed & built in conjunction with our S & P 500 partner, who is underwriting all development costs.

10. Early negotiations with other companies interested in our technology.

& of course the cracker is not still at Dunsfold.

CEO John wilson clearly stated in the last video presentation, & clearly shows on one of the slides that the Ammonia cracker that as been relocated to Teeside, will start producing Hydrogen towards the middle of 2026, probably May or June. It is clearly there for people who do proper research before making statements.

Youre very welcome & there is plenty more good news, when you examine the video comments & slides in detail. & especially when you analyse the information very closely.

This is why CEO John wilson keeps mentioning the size of the prize is enormous & I'm sure quite a few of you believe as I do that John is very carful & also very conservative in his estimates of only 5% of the UK market to start with. As no one can get near Afc's Hydrogen price in western europe even with government subsidies, who they going to come to for Hydrogen ?. I know which company I would buy my Hydrogen from & that's the company that is considerably cheaper than anyone else can get close too.

More useful information from the last video presentation & this is just the UK market.

If Afc achieve only 5% of the UK market with ref to the HY5 ( Only ) that is 480 Hy5's which will generate over £788,000,000 per annum in revenue. This information is delivered by CEO John Wilson in the video at the 13 & minutes 15 secs point. Also don't forget this information is for the HY5 Alone & only for the UK. We are also targeting Europe, Asia, Saudi Arabia & the Mena region as well as the USA.. The above information also does not include the larger cracker units coming on line that produce 4000kg per day per unit ( Version 3 ).

But you need to also remember, it is my understanding that some of this revenue will be split 50/50 , as with ICL. Although probably not in every deployment. But even half of £657,000,000 = £328,500,000 which is phenomenal.

360 x 500kg per day = 180,000 kg per day × £10 = £1,800,000 per day × 365 = £657,000,000 per year in revenue.

Afc & CEO John wilson as already stated the HY5 will at the moment not be offered for sale. It will only be offered as a (fuel as service). John stated that this is the best & quickest route to increasing recurring revenue & increasing share holder value.

In my opinion 2026 is Afc's year which will prove in the market how world leading our technology & products are in the Hydrogen sector.

On 22nd of July CEO John wilson stated that Afc should be in a position to disclose who the S & P 500 company is in the next 6 to 9 months. Contract negotiations & terms take time. So have abit of patience. It is now just over 6 months.
