Nasdaq listing.
That's what I initially thought as well but it hasn't worked for 4D (DDDD) has it? Now lower than when it listed on Nasdaq last week.
Only results will move this.
I'm prepared to wait for the windfall.
Will give me chance to top up at these levels over the next few weeks/months.

Just wondering....
With Rosetta on board and the USA tie-in, is CFO leaving because Chairman and CEO would like a joint Nasdaq listing (such as 4D is doing Monday) in the near future and Michael isn't keen on this way forward?

I know a few people who have converted a few. They see it as a better trading option. Bigger swings etc. Who knows?
I don't think I'd fancy trading 4D. Imagine selling and then a cracking RNS comes out. No thank you. Hold for £Shed Load£

Also: with reference to iWeb. They were very helpful with DNL's latest share issue. I had all my DNL in an Isa and was maxed out for the year. They talked me and the missus through getting cash into a share dealing account and then took our options up for us.
Don't get me started about the share issue and subsequent price fall for a while :-(

I use iWeb.
Part of Lloyds I believe.
Very happy with them. £5 per trade. No annual charges, no inactivity charges.
My only gripe is that they don't (as yet) trade LOAC (Nasdaq Spac at the moment - merging with 4D - VERY exciting). They do trade Nasdaq, but not this one yet.
