Yes that is corect as there was a devaluation in Tils after the demerger completion date of 30th October 2020 in November and December so once the Accustem shares are listed they should not in any way interfere with Tils SP though with the Robinhood kid traders on the loose anything can and probably will happen LOL GLA

Ref Accustem shares I would rather wait and make sure the BOD get this setup correctly and in a time when listed that the shares will have value in £ / $. I wonder if the delay is something to do with the NASDAQ guys ex entitlement date ? To this day I cannot see when this was so baxk then I spoke to the Tils HQ in LOndon and they said it was complicated as it was on the NASDAQ exchange. I wonder if NASDAQ ex date has not been set in which case it would have to be reset and we could purchase more NASDAQ ADR Tiziana shares to get more Accustem shares ?

Yes We all wish him well in his new role developing foralumab and milciclib in preclinical and clinical. His appointment proves the BOD have full confidence in foralumab and milciclib to be successful in treating stated diseases in my opinion This is going to go fast now !!
