So ACQUISITION to me logically means that STEMPRINTER has been acquired and so the shares are issued anyone else familiar with legal terms ?

ACCUSTEM SHARES ISSUED AT COMPANIES HOUSE

I guess we will get an RNS Monday morning advising of this. With GC going on the Accustem BOD I thought that would accelerate the issue. At the bottom of the notice it states

SHARES ISSUED ON THE ACQUISITION OF STEMPRINTER SCIENCES LIMITED

So that looks like we have a buyer for STEMPRINTER in which case we might be receiving a special dividend or money for our shares which presumably we all get to vote on !

I think the half year report or an RNS not sure where I saw it but it does state that they are going to bring it to market either with or without a partner ! So that would suggest they are not going to sell the IP of the test in which case many years into the future of massive profits and dividends for us shareholders !! We will be very rewarded !!

As far as I know they are issued Parri Passu which is Latin for Equal Footing so they have the same rights ie voting as existing shares and think when placed on the market they take on the SP that is current on launch

There is a shortage of shares ! The SP will open higher than it is now due to after hours trading ! due to NT to buy and huge demand ! Stay out if you want to but do not be surprised if you cannot buy in again !!!!! The Share Price is Gonna Shoot Up Massively !!!!

My advice is if you are currently in Negative Equity to buy on the Dip share price to average down any losses which will mean any increse in the SP will brin you back into the Blue and Profit a lot sooner on any upward share price increase than of that you would of held.If You are thinking of jumping in and buying Braveheart Shares now is probably the only time you will get them so cheap. ! There is currently only 37 miilon shares floating so by the laws of suppy and demand investors will keep hold of them which in turn will drive the share price even higher !!!!
