THere is no value assigned to the shares in HL , AJ Bell, Halifax as yet because the shares have not launched on Nasdaq which is what we are all waiting for. The quote you see is for the OTC Pink Sheets (OTC means Over The Counter) market which are not traded unless you go onto another platform that can trade them.So it is a case of when they do launch a value of what ever the SP maybe will be shown in your accounts and you should be able to buy or sell them.

We’re they all wearing masks on the plane ?
Shanghai - The logistical challenges required to confine 25 million people to their homes, while keeping them fed, are huge.
Our rapid CX300 would be a game changer right now ! One thing is for sure Covid-19 is not going away ! We need this rapid test now more than ever especially with U.K. infections on the rise !
Morning Castle
I totally agree ! Although bending rules is not what you’re supposed to do I do think possibly any new news of out Paraytec Sepsis , bladder Cancer and other has been held back until TB lines his pockets with cheap golden shares ! Let’s see !
StarKnight
You would think that if they wanted to do a placing they could do it via Primary Bid then we all have a chance at buying new shares at a discount ! Why can’t they do that ? This is so unfair ! Why can’t they do that ?
I think perhaps some major news that will re rate the SP much higher is inbound and so all has been delayed until TB could get his hands on some more cheaper shares !
Good morning all

The principal role of a director (or “manager”) is to manage a company in such a way as to maximise the benefits to its shareholders (or “owners”), whilst ensuring that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations. In many companies, regardless of size, directors are often both the owners and managers, hence the common term, “owner managed businesses”.
Therefore, it is a serious matter of concern for a company if a director is underperforming or if he or she is at odds with the strategies which the majority of the company’s management have adopted. In such circumstances, there may be no alternative option for the company other than to seek the removal of such a director.
The damage to the SP by actions of a certain director has not recovered and there is always a risk the damage is further repeated in the future thereby sealing off any investors ever returning to a profit as most are so far under water.
For anyone interested here is some excellent advice of which some of my post is based.

Just pointing out past history and facts ,which is all I have ever done and continue to do so
Armagedon
Yes this it what TB did last year and it caused the SP to tank ,but it did not affect TB as he was mostly out selling in tranches,it is us that have been left high and dry.Not the best model for a CEO of a company to follow !!

Plus Phasefocus are running out of space to build more Livecytes, so our Production facility is moving again into a much larger space at Nottingham Science Park, with the room to grow as we do.

Second part of RNS dated 25th February 2022
Operational Update
Braveheart's remaining strategic investments are well positioned for growth and we will continue to adopt a dual strategy of building their value and at the same time engaging in discussions with potential acquirers, thereby seeking to maximise value to Braveheart
Braveheart's current share price has fallen in recent weeks, largely in response to a change in market sentiment towards 'COVID companies', which has impacted other quoted companies in this space. However, the Board believes that while the current share price is now close to the net asset value stated in the unaudited Interim Accounts, Paraytec, though an important component of shareholder value within the Group will not on its own, determine the prospects for increasing shareholder returns.
Your Board remains committed to generating shareholder value in the short and medium term, through its strategy of investing in and developing undervalued technology businesses and will update shareholders as events unfold.

@Andy96
We have not given up on our CX300 rapid Covid-19 test ! It is still very much in development !
RNS dated 25 February 2022
Braveheart Investment Group plc
("Braveheart" or the "Group")
Operational update
Braveheart Investment Group plc (AIM: BRH), provides the following update on its investment portfolio and strategy .
The UK Government's decision to rapidly wind down the testing and isolation requirements for UK citizens and travellers to the UK has abruptly changed the nature of the COVID-19 test market which has led to a slowing of discussions with the remaining potential acquirers of Paraytec Limited and its COVID-19 test. It now appears unlikely that Braveheart will be able to conclude a sale with one of the remaining engaged parties at an acceptable price in the foreseeable future.
Braveheart's board believes that after the completion of the prospective clinical study, scheduled to be concluded by the end of June 2022 and provide clinical proof of concept of the CX300 technology platform, it would be in the best interests of shareholders that Paraytec focus on the development of the sepsis and bladder cancer applications for its technology. Paraytec believes the development of the COVID test to date will be invaluable for the development of sepsis, bladder cancer and other applications of the CX300 technology platform. Since the remaining potential partners and potential acquirers that Braveheart is in discussions with are interested in both the COVID and sepsis applications, it may be that a buyer or partner will still emerge in due course.
It is the UK Government that has wound down testing so possibly by the end of June ref the RNS above we may have some news on a possible release date of the CX300 either as a Covid-19 test or the Sepsis and or Bladder Cancer Tests.
We have waited a long time but I think it will be well worth it in the end give time.
Good Luck All

I stand by what I said last night Level 2 was indeed looking good and the SP rose to 22p ! It is not my fault that people decide to take profits !!! Obviosly you are not an investor as that is what real investors do ! The SP will move up and down like a trampolene you muppets ! Once major news on the release of the CX300 or a licence deal is announced thi SP will rocket way uyo past £1.40 and beyond.
