Today’s RNS on Guident Update has hidden value which I think has not been realised by the market as yet!

The 4th paragraph reads.
Florida was selected for the first project as Florida State law #316.85, "Autonomous vehicles operation, compliance with traffic and motor vehicle laws," allows for the legal operation of autonomous vehicles and delivery devices anywhere in the state without a human driver, provided the vehicles are equipped with a teleoperation system.

The key here is the lines

So, Florida may be setting a president which other states and nations may follow forcing by law any automated vehicles whether cars, heavy goods vehicles or any other type to have a teleoperation system in place like Guident ! This obviously makes sense for safety reasons so I would fully expect any other state or nation to follow therby locking in a constant revenue stream for Guident !
We are onto a real winner here!

Tiziana was originally listed on AIM but as Rockz says Tiziana transferred over to London Stock Exchange Main Market then transferred again to NASDAQ so I cannot see Gabriel Cerrone wanting a dual listing for Accustem one on AIM. The path forward as far as I know is that Accustem will transfer from Nasdaq OTC market onto Nasdaq Main Market. I don’t plan on buying any more Accustem on OTC if I’m going to I will wait untill they are listed on Nasdaq Main market

I have just spoke to my broker AJ Bell who advised that due to regulations they are not allowed to purchase OTC shares as the OTC market is not Retail Investor friendly ! If you already have OTC shares as in the Accustem shares they can sell them only.I asked if that is the case for all UK brokers ,they said not sure but it is regulatory and could well be that the block on OTC purchases is to all brokers, though he said some might have a way around it.

Accustem ticker ACUT is on the OTC market (Over The Counter) so you won't be able to buy electronically,you will have to telephone a broker like AJ Bell who charge £30 for a purchase to buy As far as I know !

They can release it onto the market anytime they want now as far as I know so I suspect it is because the market is Bearish especially tech plus its not quite Summer yet in the Northern hemisphere which could be another timing for sunglasses !

I am well aware that the share consolidation has no negative impact on the share of the company . Share consolidation reduces ALL the shares held by the shareholders and when every shareholders get affected no one loses out.
What I am pointing out is the time it has taken for the demerger over a year and the tanking of Tils which I sold at a huge loss but thinking the Accustem shares would make up for that loss and possibly break even but as it is at the moment I am still massively down at a huge loss !

Lets just hope this new CEO of Accustem can turn this debacle around, I would be happy just to break even !
