A friend of mine had a farmhouse and needed the gas board to connect him up to the gas main
It was a long run and a trench needed digging along a field they wanted 8k to do it so he got some polish lads to do it for half the price
After a week the gas went off the gas board turned up dug up the trench and found a copper pipe connected to a gas bottle
Let’s bloody hope when they drill that well there’s no gas bottle at the bottom

I too have been a holder for many years I sold most of my holding after the last wildcat duster at a lose and moved funds elsewhere
No 1 rule in investing never fall in love with a share
But for some reason when the new management came in and started making the right noises I started buying again so my average is 4-5 p but i still remember the hit a took when I sold out
I kept 50k which I recently found the share certificates for shows how long I’ve been in
This time I think this could be a winner

I can’t see the big deal in investing large amounts in higher risk companies
If you’ve done your research and got in at the right price and more importantly if you can afford to lose a fair chunk of it if things go wrong what’s the problem
I got 2 high risk investments char and Sav
But the rest of my portfolio is in safer stocks
I bought BP when they hit £2 and put a spread bet on for £20 a point so I’ve made good profit which allows me to dabble in companies like Char
And hopefully make a killing
Anyway good look to all holders and as char holder pointed out earlier news is imminent

Me being one of them high risk high reward
This hits 20p I can retire
I’ll top slice and run the rest up to a £1
Then I’m off to the Ferrari garage
That’s plan A haven’t a plan B won’t need one

What a difference a couple of weeks make
Lots of grumbling about lack of news etc
This is a massive project and things take time to get all parties on board
Patience is key a lot of us have been here many years another one could see a life changing return on our investment
The new man on the ground in Morocco is certainly earning his coin hat off to him and the board

As is always on AIM when news is not forthcoming plenty of dross and not much quality
Have you noticed the people who normally post informative posts post far less or not at all
they just let the lunatics run the asylum until news drops
Then things return to sensible informative posting see all holders at 20p
