You can't ramp the share to convince anyone to pay over 28p (it's a ceiling, as I said previously) and you don't need to worry about it dropping to less because the deal is now agreed. Why are you so fixated on the technical legality of a counter bid? It seems a strange way to spend your time. This is over- it has been over for weeks. I think it would be good for you to move on, touch grass as the youth say. You can stand your extensive legal team down. You can stop counting other people's shares (there weren't ever going to be enough).
