I think if SB is brave enough to go looking for a placing, he should insist the GGP buy back stock with the funds as a condition of the placing. Otherwise it's pure dilution to everyone and the sp will just suffer P&D as usual. BUT...if the company which is supposed to be fully funded, starts buying back stock, that would be a very shrewd move?

tom, chances are the 1m is also a buy.

i think the 1.9 was a small worked buy that pushed the price up (hence 1.48) and the 1m was just a normal buy which went through after the price shifted and just shows as a sell.
