even if you slice some profit on a spike, if it turned out to just be a sell or j/v of Hav, i would pile the profit back in on any dip and hold out for FT, BH & SW.

personally, i hope that GH does not pull the trigger on the entire company. Indications are that at least 4 of the assets could be mega money spinners within 24 months. very sad if he lets the lot go at a peanut price. i would rather wait.

would explain the delay in reporting if some other corporate activity is running in the background for GGP. Although does GGP have enough cash reserves to perform a takeover of that size?

its a change to the structure and responsibilities of the board and management. seems like a takeover, but could be anything. no idea why GGP are being pinned to this.
