yep....constant reported buys.... drop it, raise it 0.5% to make it look like its maybe going back up, then drop it further.
usual pattern here.

makes no difference how many buys go through...they drop it and when the sells come in they drop it anyway. may aswell move the colour blue from the rainbow...

I think they are only committed to the first 12 blocks at HAV. The rest is optional.

It was placed right near the close also. I suspect they want it as a catalyst to drive this up from open.
