Hi, new to this. numbers look great apart from this funding issue. 12p warrants seems like a stretch of the imagination.
Is this still the company line?
if they don;t announce a rig contract when they said they would, then that suggests there is a risk to the project and the market will respond.
that is not how business, nor the markets work
So is it now officially late? Does anyone have a link to when they said this would be signed in august?
you're not comparing apples with apples. the HE1 was a multi billion dollar prospect, that's what drove the SP so high. buffalo doesnt have that resource potential
I doubt they have any money left
any chance of posting that again? i couldn;t find it. thanks
topped up 3.1. 61% FIB.
is this true? i thought the broker target was for a producing asset. The appraisal well is one derisking step along that path.
I'm trying to unpick the value of the company following a successful development drill...prior to production.
This would give a reasonable guestimate for the size of the spud rally.
The way I look at it is this...fast forward to December, the drill was a success and they've proven the reserves.
All you need to do now is spend 125mm to go into production and realise 187mm p.a. net over 5 years.
And you have a line of suitors to provide that capital which will be paid off in 6 months.
What is that company worth at that point in December?
A damn sight more than $20mm. 100? 150?
The research report states the c.o.s. at the point of production is 95%.
Any thoughts?
I understand ES will start soon of the areas surrounding the empire mine. Could anyone confirm if this is to clarify empire structure, or the other, more exploratory plays.
Also , how long does it typically take to get results from these surveys?
Thanks.
