Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Permit is issued. Fund a mine.
I fully understand why you might feel inclined to write to the government, but do you really think they are bothered about a tin pot set up like Geo. If the is issued it won't help, ( maybe a temporary blip to the so ) because Geo cannot find a mine, and the supposed jv won't happen. They would need probably £30 m minimum. Their way is to sucker in investors, take their money out the back door then move on to the next big thing that is again too good to be true.
Well done investing genius you really told him there didn't you. You've probably just sunk any chance of a permit, assuming there ever was a chance.
It would help others if you stopped posting the optimistic rubbish you have repeatedly put on here ie at around 12p and other times it's dropped, good entry price etc lots going on in the background and so on. Either know for sure, ie inside information or you don't. My view of this set up has always been clear and unambiguous. To repeat in case you didn't understand, MY PERSONAL OPINION IS THAT THIS SHARE IS A CON, THERE WILL BE NO MINE, NO GOLD NO COPPER AND NO JOINT VENTURE. Now looking the posts on here you have been consistently wrong, unfortunately I have been consistently right. I get no pleasure from seeing good people lose money and if you had taken off the rose tinted specs you and others could have saved a lot of money. This is not personal, I m sure your a good guy / girl but stop encouraging others with unsubstantiated rubbish. Enjoy your hols.
The writing is on the wall. In that RNs they have laid the foundation for abandoning Georgia by say they will be looking for other prospects to add shareholder value. Nothing to do with partners / JV etc. There never was going to be a mine or mining or gold or copper. To open a mine would cost tens of millions. With or without a permit this a dead duck. Your money has gone, they all get fat off your naive faith. Never mind you might make a fortune in the next scam, be sure to have your hard earned ready and get to the front of the queue.
You could see the placing coming a mile off, it's at a big discount because only the boiler rooms take them to sell them on to more mugs. A fund raise of this amount after costs might raise 250k. That's just enough to keep paying Greg and others for " consultancy fees " so you see they don't need a salary. No doubt Manlord will sort it all out when he gets back off his jollys. Meanwhile Eric must take up the ball and give you the benefit of his depth of knowledge and experience with this pile of steaming doggy dodo. Have I mentioned before at about 16 p that I think it's a professional con, maybe not
Once had a nob like a lion bar but it's ok now. I've lost friends at a young age too. One suicide which was traffic, no one had a clue she was so down and 2 to cancer. It puts things into perspective as to what's important, family and friends for me. I admire your blind faith but that goes hand in hand with " ignorance is bliss "
Just remember, buullshit baffles brains throw the promise of easy money and a bit of greed into the pot and maybe that could explain it. We are all susceptible to that. Hence the reason you are all here. Thank goodness I'm not, I was caught the the first time with nmg.
It's taken a awful long time for some people to realise that this share might be a con run by people do it at a professional level ( only my opinion of course ). Your money is disappearing down a black hole. With people like manlord who say th3y have more information than anyone else giving platitudes and comfort to worried holders, he/she must be a very simple soul or a plant. My own opinion for what it's worth is you will probably lose the lot. I've said it before and will keep saying it.
The last mention of cash was June 2018 when they had cash in hand of £1.5m. for the period ending Dec 2017. That's 15 months ago. If spend was 100k a month, it's all gone. The directors buys are peanuts and maybe they were sold a while back and not declared, nobody knows. I wouldn't be relying on the directors holdings
The answer is all the way, Geo must almost be out of money in the next few months. That would mean a placing at around 2.5p if they need £1m you can work it out for yourself what the dilution would be . But that would probably drop the price to 2 p or less. A million would go nowhere, what with all the flights, hotels, entertaining etc. So how long do you think before Geo is dumped in favour of a fantastic new project that would also seem too good to be true. Just my opinion but I have been closer to reality up till now than than the very optimistic and possibly stary eyed that are so sure they will make a fortune.
I'm sure most of you here are aware but if not take a look at ggp. Maybe win back a little of you loses.
to see decent people loosing hard earn cash, been there, done that. If the permit comes you might get a minor short lived spike but from what price ? Can now easily go to 2p. My opinion is nothing has changed and still think it's a scam and if you hold long enough you'll lose the lot.
If and when this drilling permit is granted why does anyone think the price will rocket. What will happen is more holes are drilled, more rns with exceptional results, more samples sent for testing but no production, no income, a plant not fit to process ore. Am being negative or just realistic.
That will just about pay your directors salery for the next 6 months, what with all the flights, hotels and yummy meals. It's really hard work being a member of the Geo team you know.
All holders here are waiting for that elusive news, why not take a close look and read the rns,s on ujo ( Union Jack oil ) a genuine chance to recover your loses here.
Christchurch, you will probably see a profit from this level of the permit approval happens. If you see a profit take it. It's the poor souls who are here long term who are suffering.
