If the don't have the votes?
Because then there would be a new deadline to cast votes again!
I think it's in the bag. No warrants.

I don't think so, but I could be wrong!
It would be an administrators nightmare to manage trades between deadline and GM.
The condition to vote includes ...
"Only those shareholders on the register of members at 1.00 p.m. on 10 February 2021 shall be entitled to attend
and vote at the meeting in respect of the number of shares registered in their names at that time. If the meeting is
adjourned by more than 48 hours, then to be so entitled, shareholders must be entered on the Company’s register
of members at the time which is 48 hours (excluding non-business days) before the time appointed for holding the
adjourned meeting or, if the Company gives notice of the adjourned meeting, at the time specified in that notice" - https://wp-rms-2020.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/media/2021/01/27081416/Proxy-from-GM-12-2-21.pdf
interesting, on Easyjet GM (to remove directors), their similar clause makes it a bit clearer ...
"To be entitled to vote at the GM, whether in person or by proxy, members must be registered in the register of
members of the Company at 6.30 p.m. on Wednesday, 20 May 2020 (or, if the GM is adjourned, at 6.30 p.m. on the
date that is two days prior to the adjourned GM). Changes to entries on the register of members after 6.30 p.m. on
20 May 2020 (or, if the GM is adjourned, at 6.30 p.m. on the date that is two days prior to the adjourned GM) shall be
disregarded in determining the rights of any person to attend or vote (and the number of votes they may cast) at the
GM or adjourned GM" - https://corporate.easyjet.com/~/media/Files/E/Easyjet/pdf/investors/gm/notice-of-general-meeting.pdf
That said, I'm still holding, topping up on the dips

I can't sell I mean
.
Can buy £100 at 2.6...
On ig
As they don't need the warrant money, I believe the negative impact is slight, yes warrant holders get a good deal, but shareholders loss is not the full 20% devaluation, as the bod has the cash, so I plan to hold, at least for the next few weeks until the orders start, as I have faith that the bod can use it well. Then again not risking much.

TheElectrician: if edentree buying 4.4% was the reason for the December & January rise , then they got stung with the placing. I just don't understand why it took so long to release the RNS, yesterday.
The RNS was yesterday, 9th February, but the notification was 11th January
How come it took so long for rns, notified 11th January 2021!
Are they still invested in rms
Option holders had about 20% of the shares (400m of 2046)
WIth GC 15% the option holders start with a 5% advantage (about 100m shares),
The remaining 65% are up for grabs.
Considering a few scenarios where:
Agains votes: 100/200/300 (million) - (pis + whoever GC can persuade)
For votes: 300/600/900 (million)
remember For warrants already have the 100m advantage so they only need
For extra votes: 200/500/800 (million)
I've only bought shares (I dream of selling and covering my very long term investment), but I'm sure others have traded since instructing broker.
I would just say, those PIs that have already voted but have subsequently traded, they should make sure that their instruction to the broker is clear, in that it includes all shares held at the GM deadline (Tuesday 1pm), otherwise I wouldn't put it pass the brokers to ignore the instruction all together.

pumpky:
not sure of your maths ...
3% of 2046m = 61m, so minimum of 7 investors, buying less than 61m shares each will own (more than) 400m
ah .. so many RNS's
Even so, if he has been instrumental in the board changes, why is T still there?
Will votes already cast still count if you don't have the shares anymore?
Just my two pen'th worth
Presuming recent board changes were driven by GC...
Further, as no one has more than 3% ownership, other than GC, so can't see the warrants every having had a chance with GC 18.9% against
Just my two pen'th worth
I'd like an rns to dampen rise, so less trades.
I'm planning to not trade til after the GM, but it is tempting,

I don't believe those contacted through track and trace have an option to stop isolating, even if they test negative, until 10 full days after their exposure to a confirmed case
Just my two pen'th worth
Engineers might be back, but the p2f staff should be isolating still.
NHS, track and trace ..
Your self-isolation period includes the day you were last in contact with the person who tested positive for coronavirus and the next 10 full days.

Engineers could have been back yesterday, Monday, but the p2f staff won't be back until tomorrow, Wednesday at the earliest.

Just my understanding ...
For the engineers, the could have been back yesterday, Monday, based on the test on friday, but for the p2f staff, their isolation starts when they were notified by track and trace, if they were, if not, i suspect p2f are following track and trace
Extract from NHS website for those notified by track and trace, so TM that's Wednesday...
Your self-isolation period includes the day you were last in contact with the person who tested positive for coronavirus and the next 10 full days.
That'll tie up nicely with an no rns til Friday, at the earliest, damping speculation til after the GM.
