Isn't the T/O code of silence applicable to the first approach? At that time SEY said they had received a couple of approaches, they used plural sentances! They are still under that code of silence meaning that the original bidder must be still there! The Argy offered a stupid figure, which looks like an oportunist approach sometime this year.
