Final year accounts must be filed with companies house 9 months after the company's financial year ends. The 6 month late penalties come into play after that. So effectively, you have 15 months from end of company's financial year before we need to be worried.

Hopefully yes. It is what it is. Nothing ever goes to plan in business, always delays. Can't even buy a settee without waiting 3 months. I've had to wait 4 months for a standard picture for the wall. LOL

That's where we are at, all information gathered awaiting auditors, no time frame because its out of the company's hands, so what more can the company say? Nothing, just sit and wait.

Newuncle what do you mean ' Serious' ? I've read that RNS and I can see where we are at, it's quite straight forward.

Another daily round of negativity as usual. There's some nonsense being spoken again, but agree comms need to improve. I always believe in this statement, if you've got nothing positive to say, don't say it especially on forums where there's unsavoury characters. At the end of the day, why would anyone feed trolls and effectively damage your investment??? Anyway, leave you all to it, look forward to trading again soon.

You should make yourself aware of the rules before investing on the stock market then. Unfortunately there's always a risk of suspension or delisting. As they say, your investment can go down as well as up.
