Because the sp is 38p, doesn’t mean it’s worth 38p. Look at some of AIM shares, a company with 2 men and a small drill bit, can have an mcap of £10m, is it worth £10m, no chance.

Thorno, there’s a flaw in what you say. Sp can move up and down in an instant. Yesterday morning you could say it’s worth 26p, tomorrow evening you could say it’s worth 55p.

Man Utd are a billion in debt, and struggling financially, but I bet you would need to offer £4billion plus to buy them.

They have already entered talks, so both parties must be satisfied to an extent. Just getting it over the line I suppose.

Can you imagine if they didn’t do it yesterday, they would have seriously been burnt. Wouldn’t be at all surprised if they’ve done it again today. This would have been over 50p now otherwise.
