Yes bottm. Sp wont flinch on 10% dilution. Won't even see it. Already forward sold.

Bottm we all know this, that's why we are not already priced as a £20m mcap. But, sp will rise leading in anticipation. So 5p can be seen before results. Deals look likely to be concluded on the news that's been released.

Bottm, shares in issue will just move from 135m to 153m. That has exciting as it gets.
