Ive done too much investing (gambling) in small cap and Aim markets.Share consolidation with alot of these companies has come with the dreaded fund raise which I have never come out on top from.I dont expect that from Sainsburys so it was just a query when It came to light.My strategy has changed and I buy decent companies paying dividends.Even given the share fallback on ex-divi day my investments have sold at profits (PLUS DIVI) and I reinvest in the next one.Slow growth...but it is growth and better than any of the banks can offer and tax free in my Share ISA....Im sticking around for special div...

Any ideas where they will pitch the share price to complete this...It looks like its creeping to £3.00 which perhaps a nice round £12.00 a piece share price or 1 for 4 would slot in.Any ideas where the special div will be pitched for this transaction.???

So they have put the old company into admin...Are they legally allowed to re-name...raise funds and carry on....Surely NOT...??

Only 42 shares... but they all add up...:) Im sure cost more for the paperwork and RNS ....

There were several large trades today that would appear to be under the sell price at 35.33 which is what I was quoted for 5k dummy sell...Why would you sell a couple of days before a 5.21% div? Any wise peeps on here able to help out...?

Is this share about to re-list ?? I would welcome at least some of my £25K back.....

No early signs of much share strength...Looking flat...Think best not to watch it too close...Must be still some big sells in the background...:(
