Don’t understand why this company is not attracting more interest. I know we are months away from turning the drill bit, and much later for the results, but there has been little coverage and volume has been miniscule.

Has there been a strategic shift of direction ( i.e.more towards acquisitions/ buy intos) since the beginning , as opposed to going forward with Whitespace?? Am not convinced by any of this but, agree, next 12 months if crucial

What a lot of folk don’t realise, these fund ‘ managers’ , particularly of the more passive funds, only make a hand full ( if that) of changes a year, relying on historic low buy-in prices to make them look good.

I think I have nearly perfected cynicism 😄

Agreed , but by the end of this year I’d like to see a dividend announcement as this should take the SP to another level.

Hi Bamps, I concur about a 2026 meet in Worcester.

Off the top of my head, the following come to mind:

-Whitehouse- limited parking but central and opposite train station

- Rugby club- probably expensive but right on J6 , M5

- The Hive, open til 10, loads of parking.

I can’t think of any large pubs that are not requiring some driving from the centre but will keep searching if it’s a help.

I guess that they could easily tax dividends at source and leave the gain tax free as that is a more complicated tax to assess and collect.

I'm sure PJ stated, in a PROactive interview, that he did not want to dilute, but I agree that some cash will be needed at the rate we are going. A little does trickles in from warrants, I think. A lot will be revealed in the next set of accounts.

So is what you are saying, linked to those options?

His holding is still shown on their website- if we can rely on that!?!?
