Del101,
Your considerable contribution to the board will be missed.
Couple of things,
You mentioned you have been in since the start, then commented "Captain Obvious Yes the share price has been lower not much but Yes lower".
Actually, it has been much lower and if you had been in from the start you would know this. Fact is the share price has seen 0.3p or 63% lower. Quite a substantial margin from current. Would you agree?
"people are not exactly lining up to jump in" neither are they jumping out, judging by the volume traded.
" I diversifyed my Portfio a long time ago" congratulations.
"But what would I know? 27 years in Management answering to shareholders". So! This doesn't give your post any extra credibility.
"But anyway I am in this cheap so not much to loose" so why bother to post about lost faith, the need for miracles, lost profit, poor management decisions.
"Its guys like you Spinefx who dont hold directors accountable". How do you know this? Do you know what actions I've taken with the company? From your post there is no indication of what you are doing to hold the company accountable.
"continue to pay him $10k a week plus bonuses". That is just not true. 27 years in management and unable to feed an Annual Report.
Del101,
Congrats on litrally (literally)your first post.
"I have been in this share from the start, and to be honest I never thought it would hit these lows", why, it's been lower.
"bad decicions by DW has litrally (literally)lost all faith " what bad decisions?
" so many people lost faith in the ability ", how many? How do you know this? Have you conducted a survey?
"I will continue too hold because i never sold when priced were as high and profits could have been large", oh, now I get it, you're bitter because of your failed investment strategy.
The previous Q&A's have been well received by both shareholders and Dave. Another one has been in discussion, but as suggested by Brom and others, maybe after the September Presentation would be a good option for those that wish to have their thoughts expressed.
Brom,
I imagine Erik ringing up his contacts for a quote,
Erik, "Hey Chip, need 30 miles of ice road and a pad done this season"
"Sure Erik, send me the details and I'll shoot a quote over".
"Hey Doug, Erik here, any chance of a rig this season, gotta drill and core 11000ft next to the old BP Malguk 1 site, bundle up a crew and camp in the price"
"Erik, no problem, you need a pump truck? I'll talk to Craig and get you a price"
"Thanks Doug"
Then Dave invoices Premier $22.99mill :-)))
Cartman,
Exactly.
PMO don't personally drill the well, they are paying for it.
I'm sure with their in-house prospect analysis, Mr Staley and drill team they will manage just fine. It does not matter that PMO have no North Slope experience, the oil doesn't know this.

7Days@6:30
When a company applies for a trading halt the ASX automatically assign a 3 day window to this. The company then can release news anytime within that 3 day window.
In this case, for the ASX, Dave had stated pre market Friday. As there will more than likely be an after market ASX RNS to provide clarity for you guys on the AIM to continue trade as normal.
Seems that trading halts are rarely given on AIM, in thy interest of keeping the market fully informed.
Cheers
Brom,
"bad luck or just poor analysis by OEL"
Probably a little from column A and a little from column B.
Winx, in hindsight was only ever a highly marginal play, about as far east as you can go and still be in the Nanushuk, on the pinch out. Hence the CoS 25-30%.
Didn't help with the 3D analysis being......well rubbish.
But as you say, it's done, best bet I feel is that OEL/Armstrong/Repsol have found a better location on our leases for another drill and they are happy to pay for it.
Just some chat while we wait.
Moneyhawk,
Sounds to me a bit like, "how about you guys look at the data, if you're happy with a 1% royalty will you drop your fee?"
Pantheon are target some early production summer 2020, that might see a revised value of that 1% royalty which eSeis could then in sell.
I'm guessing though.
Jiddy,
I see Pantheon are about to go through their own Farm-out process,
http://www.petroleumnews.com/pnads/713206125.shtml
The Farm-out process is to be handled by a Houston based company eSeis
https://e-seis.com/
As part of the process, eSeis will take a working interest.
"Geophysics specialist eSeis “will jointly manage the (farmout) process with us and by virtue of their 1% royalty are incentivized to achieve the best farmout terms possible,” Pantheon CEO Jay Cheatham said"
This could potentially be an explanation why our own deal is being drawn out, IF, there is a complex Working Interest structure.
Just my speculation
Islayman,
Is there a specific reference that the transformational comment related to share price appreciation?
Dave may also have been implying that the transformational comment could have been developmentally or operationally.
