Is everyone happy with the outcome? I am a little confused as to why (a) the figure is lower than anticipated/conveyed, even if this was within range, (b) it is not yet a confirmed amount and (c) we do not have a timetable for disbursement.

At the moment, it feels as though we are missing some important detail and clarity around both the final figure and the next steps!

So there we have it; returns are expected to be 51p, which is a little disappointing given that the board previously indicated it saw no reason why we would not settle at the higher end of the range. Obviously, that may have been posturing in light of the fact that they were competing against Henry Spain for votes at the time. They also need to be more transparent about the process, as I am curious to know how much the liquidators, FRP Advisory, helped themselves to.

I messaged the useless board (including the CEO) and eventually got some fluffy BS response from their third party investor relations consulting company Flagstaff Strategic and Investor Communications. I wasnt happy so probed further ... and Shock! Horror! ... silence!

This was my favourite line when asking about the Guident IPO a month ago: "... the work on the Guident IPO is proceeding apace ..."

It was referenced in the Outcome Statement posted last year Rodgivad:

The Outcome Range is a highly conditional estimate and based upon and subject to, inter alia, the following major assumptions:

- That the Company's real estate property sells for a value within +/-10% of the Company's advisor's valuation;

- That the Wind-Down of the Company and its trading subsidiary proceed in an orderly manner and principally complete within 9 months of today; and

- That there are no material unforeseen creditors

It appears the property sale has now been finalised. I wonder how this impacts our returns given that (a) the property was independently valued at £3.7m and (b) the liquidation process will exceed the expected 9 month timeline from February 2025?

What is more worrying is the fact management do not think there is any value down here. We would have appreciated some much needed support!

Dont forget they were targeting a 15p per quarter dividend as well, which should be easily achievable with a normalised Russian economy.

I urge anyone that holds ZYT shares or know of anyone that holds ZYT shares to vote against Henry Spain's plans. I wanted to balance both arguments before making my decision, but after hearing Henry Spain's presentation, they were not only thin on detail, but made no commitment on price or timeline for those that wanted a clean exit. I have now submitted my vote IN FAVOUR of the Board and submitted my vote AGAINST Henry Spain and urge those that want an exit to do the same! ALL VOTES, no matter how small, matter in this case!

Has anyone received their initial distribution from CMB (in full) from IG? For some reason all other providers have completed this within the agreed time table, with the exception of IG and am wondering if anyone else has experienced any issues?

Has anyone managed to make contact with Cambria Africa or anyone connected with them? I have not had any success and would really like to know the next steps are.

@davey50, apologies for the off topic question, but I am also a shareholder of Cambria Africa and would love to know what the next step is? I have reached out to them without any success and the Nominated Advisor no longer represents them.

From my understanding they will maintain the Investor's section on their website, so we all need to be vigilant.

I feel like we are now invested as the posted NAV seems to be moving around, which is inconsistent with funds simply sitting in a GBP Liquidity account (I think):

Just shedding some light on the recent TR1 for TIME. This is direct from the Wellesley website and provides us with a reason for their sell:

"After seven years of trading, 2020 presented unique and unforeseen challenges that hindered Wellesley’s future liquidity position. This included the Covid19 pandemic and proposed changes in the regulatory environment which meant that Wellesley may no longer be able to raise funding through the issue of listed bonds on Euronext Dublin (formerly the Irish Stock Exchange). As such, Wellesley has entered a course of action to restructure, recapitalise and address these challenges accordingly."
