Is this the guy who doubled his £ with ASOS and sold up at 9p as he thought it was overpriced??? Word has it if he had some minerals and sold out at the top he would have pocketed himself £34 million - big ouch!

My bet is Koovs will receive FLFL's circa £6.2 million money at a share price of 28p sometime this month as it was approved at last months EGM. With the SP only being 6p/7p then can only assume a big re-rate is on the cards with £48 million raised in total.

People need to read the previous RNS hey Joe as what's been approved and legally binding is £6.8m from FLFL and the £6.8 million is at a share price of 28p!!! FLFL who are part of the biggest retail company in India will now own 29.9% of Koovs PLC. The market hasn't woken up to this yet IMO.

If Ebioss take over EQT then they would have to offer the year high wouldn't they which is 1.73p?

Newmont bought in at 5.40p so anyone still buying in now has a much better SP than them.

Their first tweet today translates as:

If you're correct Smokinjoe then wouldn't they have to buy it at the SP year high, which would be 1.73p?

Great to see all these big sells going through as hopefully they will be finished dumping before potentially good news to hit within the next week or 2.

Just wondering if it’s any of you guys on here who’s been buying multiple shares of 100K? Over the last couple of months I reckon I’ve counted at least a dozen 100K share buys. Somebody is definitely loading up.

The shareholder register hasn’t been updated since March so surely it’s due an update anytime soon and once done we will know who’s been buying and selling what.

Virtually exactly the same delayed sell as yesterday, i.e. £50K.

Has anyone got an Eqtec e-mail address for somebody that liaises with shareholders and I will send them an e-mail asking where the share register will be updated next? Thanks.

It would be useful if the Share Capital information on their website was updated as not revised since 5th March. Anybody know how often it’s updated as this will then tell us who the seller is? IMO it’s Ebioss as they’re in financial trouble but like somebody pointed out hopefully they will just sell some as revenues could be achieved through their tie up. Once the selling stops then it should rerate fast and hopefully they will be done before the potential good news hits in a couple of weeks. Did people see Eqtec’s tweet yesterday that their could be up to another 6-10 Contracts with Phoenix and Ian alluded to more Contract news to follow in the next couple of weeks.

Surely a sell. Hopefully the seller will be out before the potential good news in a couple of weeks time. Ian in yesterday’s interview also alluded to more new Contracts news in the next couple of weeks too and EQT tweeted today saying the Phoenix framework could have up to another 5 more Contracts. If a TR1 is issued is that the confirmation the seller is finished dumping or just when a threshold is passed and the dumping could still continue?

Dip_Stick, in Ian Price’s interview after the Billingham RNS was issued he did an interview and exactly 2 minutes into the interview he mentions an ambitious timetable to get everything done within a few months. Few months not couple as previously noted as just watched the video again to get exact wording.

MOU RNS was on 8th May and Ian Price was very positive that the Contract would be signed within a couple of months therefore hopefully more positive news will be given on this potential project within the next few weeks or so.

Look forward to you posting all of your trades just before they're executed to prove you're not full of hot air. It's also been noticed you got the same reaction on Boohoo. Hope you lose your shirt.
