It is making Lord Ali and his special 15p private placing look a bit silly although I bet the people/institutions that couldn’t get in due to being overscribed are glad they didn’t now. It wouldn’t surprise me if FLFL opted to increase their stake to 5% very soon as it’s based on the SP and won’t be another 10p placing although the way it’s going they could well get it for circa 10p.

Thank you Jambon. Especially good to hear that HT Media and FLFL are committed long term shareholders and if they were to sell a material portion of their shares then this would be reported via RNS.

The HT Media agreement is for 2 years therefore unless you need to take your £ out it’s a 2 year hold IMO and then you take a view then.

Clueless. So FLFL buy 24.8% of the company and a few weeks later sell all their shares hahaha! You’ve lost as within the next 6 months (well about 5 months now) they will increase their stake in the company by another 5% to 29.9% due to the private 15p buy in deal, which was over subscribed. It was only the other weekend you were bigging Koovs up ALL weekend to try and recoup your losses and you also said if you weren’t in employment you would day trade the share. Who ever does employ you I feel sorry for. I work as a QS in the construction industry, which is a dog eat dog world. You wouldn’t last one minute in it!

Like you say though Jambon it wouldn’t look good for the people who invested in the private book at 15p (good deal at the time) if it drifted down anymore. Hopefully FLFL buy their next 5% very soon and we can all move onto the next chapter in our Koovs journey.

So Jambon, Applegarth and co, what on earth is going on here? All these BIG buys and the share price drops! Surely supply and demand would boost the share price some what?! Is it one last day of “mates rates” before we wake up and find the share price kicks off at say 20p tomorrow or is it kept this low so FLFL buy the extra 5% on the cheap? It all smells very dirty to me and does question if Koovs and FLFL are some how making the mm’s keep this low for their benefit (well FLFL’s anyway). If the share price doesn’t go up soon with all these buys then I can unfortunately see it drift back towards 10p until FLFL top up their stake. I hope I’m wrong though...........!

If my memory serves me correctly, we had circa 350 million shares in issue but following the AGM RNS this has now dropped to 313 million.

Is anybody from here going to the AGM tomorrow? I actually had a 11am meeting in Kensington tomorrow so was going to look into attending even if it was for an hour but my meeting is cancelled so not in the capital now.

I wonder in 6 months time (well more like 5 months now) when HT Media get their next tranch of shares at the lower of Koovs then 3 month average closing share price it might be a time to do a spot of trading as the SP could drop towards HT Media’s next SP batch of shares?

What are your thoughts on that Jambon? Somebody changed their mind or mm’s playing silly b*ggers? Perhaps they want people to panic sell to accumulate more shares ready for the potential rise.

He was saying Jambon was the cut and paste king over the weekend and what a lovely week away he had in the sun and was off to the airport. I just reported him.
