How long do they have to wait before they can relist after a voluntary suspension? It's 5 years on Aim. Does anyone know?

@MarshallSteve If I had 5.5 million shares worth 0.00p, I would try to put a positive spin on it as well. They made promises on an ongoing basis about timescales that did not materialise, they suspended the shares because they could not arrange an accredited auditor and they didn't communicate with shareholders. They have now been suspended and we can not predict if they will be reinstated or if they will get the securitisations. I hope they fulfil all their promises but doing their best is just not good enough. I have resigned myself to not getting my money back, anything I now get will be a bonus.

I also stuck with Forbes; but I admit the warning signs were there! As holders we also started making excuses on why the securitisations weren't materialising. I am willing to concede that the lack of funding might be down to the Maltese. However not auditing your accounts on time when you have 6 months in which to do and to say it is down to lack of auditor insurance is pretty poor. Why appoint the auditors, if they had no jnsurance? What DD did the company do and why promise things out of your control? I hope that the suspension is lifted and I recover some of my money, however the whole thing is either down to incompetence or nievty. I do not believe the conspiracy theory but do not belive in the competency of the board or their abilities.

My shares value has been reduced to 0.00p by AJ Bell. Quite a shock when the value of my portfolio had gone down by 20k!

The share price can't go down! And I wouldn't lift the suspension until the securitisations are awarded. So the day of the the award they lift the suspension and the shares go up!

I hope this comes in for you soon. I am not jumping ship and will wait patiently and sell other stocks to buy here if they come in. 3.85 is a steal.

GGP has a Mc of 750m with similar deposits and has not drilled for gold yet. Market sentiment and Mali politics will be the decider. What qualifies you Daz so say I thick how are qualified to comment?

@borleyuk. I think it will depend upon market sentiment but I would think between 3 and 5p. It is comparable with with other miners because of the amount of shares outstanding. I also expect we will have a further dilution before we actually start extracting anything without a merger or JV. The best news would be license granted, a large gild discovery and then a JV. It would then go to 2p very quickly imo.

What does this mean? They no longer have the first issue all they need to give us news?
