Hi All. Since the Thames estuary deep channel was dredged to make access for huge ships the top mud has disappeared along with all the mussels and been replaced with millions of oysters. The problem is most shell fish in the Thames are full of hep c and herpes and need boiling twice in a pressure cooker for 20 mins. Best to bring a Fortnums hamper along with a cool bag for the Dom to the AGM and we can all have first class fare by the Thames. ATB Speedy

Hi Knockin. Before the law changed to allow landlords to let properties on Assured Short Hold Tenancies the tenant was king and us poor landlords were in trouble.
