First post here and I still hold a small number of shares. I would have to question the governance process here. The initial offer needs to be voted on. If the Offeror is to change its offer it needs to withdraw the first with notice given to the Board and submit a revised offer. It seems this mornings antics from COW appear that she is acting unilaterally here even with reference to the listing. The listing does not come into affect until the 17th and therefore not binding until the listing is approved. Any corporate lawyers around to give a view?

I think I found the answer - JG had an agreed arrangement to borrow up to £300k in a year ( RNS 19th Dec 2017) It looks like he only borrowed £54 k and paid this back in full in July 2018 ( Note 24 of the accounts) I don’t like these CEO Chairman arrangements it all gets a bit too intermingled for me. Can sleep easier now I answered the query. Night all.

Results Look good - and new plans for growing revenues bode well. Can anyone see where the £300k that JG borrowed from the company is recorded in the accounts - would not want to forget about that? Have a good weekend all and looking forward to Monday.

Thanks for sharing your calcs. I must admit I am bit of a dunce when it comes to company evaluations but happy to learn from those more experienced. Hopefully you won't mind the odd lesson. In your numbers can you enlighten me as to where the 560,226,886 comes from? I understand that company valuations are usually based on future earnings but this being AIM all sorts of other variables affect the share price making accurate SP assessments even more difficult.

Phew bit of a day in the OCT stable. Another thing to look forward to - assuming shareholder approval given on 29th and business resumes post consolidation on 30th June, are we expecting RNS on GIS final accounts for 2015 shortly after?
