I'd have a closer look at this CEO/Chair b4 putting cash in as an investment. Does this sort of thing inspire confidence that he can oversee the assembly and production of a successful mine?

Not looked at this though probably should of. Glad I didn't though, CEO spouting off about not raising below 5p and how he'd slather stick his own money in. I suppose that's a red flag in itself having a CEO who'd make public statements like that.

AGM today, should go through and it will be Martin Sorrell's S4 tomorrow. Where will trade? DERR shares are trading around a 400 mill MC, so a premium to the value of the transaction
