IDK, maybe recent OO shares? With revenues last reported at '£50k a month and growing' plus the 'paid for trials', LSAI could be running around £1 mill a year revenue atm. But I have no idea what the value of contracts are likely to be verify? In any case, if they are converted to long term contracts, break even could be achieved in the next 12 months?

Is that extra 7% fee on top of the 15% discount? Hmm.

All in all, I'd say it looks decent taken at face value, though I haven't scrutinised it fully.

Not too familiar with bond issuance 's but from what I can tell, the 5% coupon is good, it's good for an AIM micro to get this type of funding, 15% discount looks heavy

LSAI could well get interesting from April onwards

The 5,666 sell @ 2.20 was mine as was the 11,000 & 5000 buys @ 2.22. I had some old open offer shares in my share dealing account which I sold & added more to ISA holding. The extra 5000 cost me a fiver but I’d made some profit elsewhere so added a few more. I may well continue building if funds permit.
